Hey guys, I'm going on vacation for a few days, so the subtitle translations for Nayuta will be on hiatus until I get back. I'm a little over halfway through translating though.

Blond hair must still look really fancy in Japanese eyes. And even more back in the 1980s: Looks like a book, can tell you part of the title is "Gold". Oh, and Gundress is AWFUL.

I've watched some obscure anime adaptations from video games so here's the list:
-Panzer Dragoon -Salamander(AKA Life Force) -Virtua Fighter(Actually it's a TV series, should we count it as well?) -Fire Emblem -Megami Tensei(Actually it's based from a novel which serve as a basis for the video game series of the same name) -Mortal Kombat: The Journey Begins(it's american animation released as direct-video, should we count it as well?)

Fuck me, the Panzer Dragoon OVA and Mortal Kombat special are some of the worst pieces of animation out there.

I got home today and finished subbing Nayuta. Here's the sub file: www.megaupload.com/?d=S85ENO3VIt's not perfect, but it's pretty damn good considering it's a web-translation from Portuguese. I'll post the video with hardsubs on youtube soon.

I discovered this one: Yes, Yoshitaka Amano of Vampire Hunter D was involved as a character design concept(Even Amon's teacher looks like D!) It's a good anime which is sadly falls into obscurity. Some screenshots:

Yep, I've heard of this one. Zach reminded me of it when we last spoke and I believe it was released here in the UK.

I only discovered the anime from the theme I found from youtube account I subscribed.
Another obscure OVA I remembered, the Kujaku Ou OVAs. So obscured, it's hard to search for the it's english subs even on youtube(Only it's video game adaptations has the most results), I only watched the first three OVAs in chinese subs on Youku.com(chinese based youtube-like site) while I have a VHS copy of US Manga Corps release of Shin Kujaku Ou OVAs in english dubbed(retitled as Peacock King Spirit Warriors).

All of the Kujaku Ou OAVs are on DVD courtesy of Central Park Media. You can still get them all on Amazon right now for the rough price equivalent of change for coffee. I have them all myself. Castle of IllusionRegent DarknessFestival of the OgresA Harvest of Cherry BlossomsRevival of EvilEDIT to add: Okay first off, this thread rules. No seriously, this is the single coolest thread I've seen on an anime forum in a good many years. Cheers to all of you up front. Secondly, as greatful as I am for the Nayuta sub file (serious thanks for that), the raw file I have is pretty shitty, essentially unwatchable. Its the 80 meg MP4 file done by ARR. I've seen torrents out there for a 528 meg AVI rip which I can only assume is infinitely better than the godawful ARR one, but all of them are dead. Does anyone here happen to have that file? Any chance they'd be willing to share it somehow, either re-upping it as a torrent or as a split file via megaupload or something? Much thanks if so. Oh and lastly, does anyone have any idea where that youtube posted fansub for Hell Target came from? Far as I'm aware it's only been around as a raw, and I've never seen a download for a sub version anywhere. Sorry for all the questions, carry on.

Oh yeah, that's the file alright. Thank you so, so much. To return the favor, here's where I found the torrent for the Hell Target Raw. It's still seeded. afr.anime-fanrips.com/?p=6
