It is called "Conveni-N", like the cover says it already^^, by Haru Wamusato.

This ecchi manga is about a young guy who ends up working in a special mart, which is apparently run by God himself. And in this mart there are some really weird employees working (some monsters and young women; no men), who make him feel like being in heaven and hell sometimes. That cover´s blond girl e.g. is responsible for advertising and has an odd ice cream fetish, and sucks some ice sticks sticking in someone´s crotch, like giving blow jobs. But there are really some more funny things I won´t list now! Just read it.

I´m not really sure, but I think that I made one step too far somehow. I just bought these two at my local comic shop.

I've seen some messed-up things from samples of those.

The manga itself doesn´t show Midori´s life before joining the freak show (but the movie does), therefor again it does show more background of the horrific freak characters.
What still makes me a bit dizzy is the fact that BOTH mangas are COMPLETELY UNCENSORED in Germany. And you might know that there´s much censorship in Germany. They even censored the Gunsmith Cats manga - but when it comes to the works of Suehiro Maruo the "Federal Department for Media Harmful to Young Persons" (Gosh, it´s a big ass one!) call them "original artistic works". ._.

You're lucky to find some Suehiro Maruo in Germany, Mr. Arashi's Amazing Freak Show and Ultra-Gash Inferno are his only books released in the U.S. and they're now long out of print and are highly sought after by collectors.

Midori actually is Mr. Arashi's Amazing Freak Show, it´s just a different name. Maruo´s drawing style is pretty good; very influenced by old Japanese woodblock prints.
A purchase of his works is never in vain!
