He was't any better because he'd just instill himself in people as god, like Hitler would have done.

Why do you think that he wasn't better than Geist? Also, Geist was pretty stable. He is completely focused on fighting and it didn't change. Krauser was much more emotional than him. Geist led what appeared to be the remaining Death Force robots to Krauser's base to slaughter the people. Krauser physically abused his creator to the point of doing damage to his head (and Geist later killed him), and then threw Vaiya in prison for sounding like a nutcase.

I think he did it because she was doubting his abilities, so a nutcase in his eyes.

I'm kind of surprised that we're trying to pull intellectual content out of MD Geist 2. I enjoy the original as a short, snappy cheesy action movie with great designs and music. The sequel though, I just tend to ignore it as it turns a trashy but highly enjoyable OVA into well....crap with a few good moments of gore if that even counts as a plus.

He was't any better because he'd just instill himself in people as god, like Hitler would have done. Which is no better than getting everyone killed just for the hell of it? Also, from what I heard, Hitler was bad mainly because of that war of aggression and genocide thing that he has done. Krauser physically abused his creator to the point of doing damage to his head (and Geist later killed him), and then threw Vaiya in prison for sounding like a nutcase. His creator was completely irresponsible and messed with Geist behind his back despite the danger that Geist posed to everyone and Vaiya was insane after all. I think he did it because she was doubting his abilities, so a nutcase in his eyes. You mean that stuff like amnesia, ranting about how the other guy is a daemon and can't be killed at all and crazy laughter show that she has good mental health?

Yeah, Hitler also tried to make himself seem like a saviour.
And the "ranting how that other guy is a demon and can't be killed at all" would have been doubting his abilities, in fact, EVERYONE called Geist a demon.
I'll only add that Dr. Breston was meddling with Geist as a means to get rid of Krauser because Geist could have functioned like a robot.

Yeah, Hitler also tried to make himself seem like a saviour. Krauser *was* a saviour. People worshipped him because he saved their lives from the Death Force, had superhuman fighting skills and apparently was the only power on Jerra that actually gave a fuck about them. I don't know why you keep comparing him to Hitler. I haven't seen any proof that Krauser is planning genocide and war of aggression. And the "ranting how that other guy is a demon and can't be killed at all" would have been doubting his abilities, in fact, EVERYONE called Geist a demon. It doesn't have anything to do with Krauser's abilities. He defeated Geist and threw him from great height that should have killed him, so together with that mad laughter it looked like she went completely nuts after seeing Geist. Especially that she told Krauser to kill him - so the notion that he can't be killed was contradictory with what she said earlier. I'll only add that Dr. Breston was meddling with Geist as a means to get rid of Krauser because Geist could have functioned like a robot. To me, it seemed that Dr. Breston was meddling with Geist because he considered him his greatest creation. He was a typical mad scientist type.

Krieg: Well, I do have respect for Krauser actually trying to save the people from the Death Force, but the bad thing was that he was on the road of becoming a dictator.

So, how exactly would it work with a few thousands people alive, death force units roaming around, all infrastructure destroyed, total war with the Earth, etc?

A real prequel to M.D. Geist would be nice.

A real prequel to M.D. Geist would be nice. Personally I thought the Ground Zero comic by Tim Eldred was a good enough prequel.
