I look forward to receiving my Roots Search books in the mail, but until then, here's a redesign I did of Moira.

Inspired by "Tangled", I suppose? Also, why do I feel the notion that she could use her hair as a stripper pole? Actually... >.> <.< No. =P It was partially inspired by a Scissor Sisters music video, "Mary," which featured an animated 2-3 minute version of Rapunzel done by Don Bluth. As for the pole thing... erm... no comment. =p

I like that, how did you make it?

I bought a blank Munny figure and attacked it with Sharpies.

Gee, thanks. I spent a couple of hours on this. I'd prefer real criticism regarding the process of making it rather than remarks on how "generic" it looks, especially since I did say NEO is not my character AND that the pre-painted toy itself was store-bought.

All Munny figures look the same before customization. There are other blank toys from the same manufacturer, but they all look pretty similar and are all animals. I believe there's a chibi cat, giraffe, a hippo (?), and a couple others. For humanoid characters though, Munny is the only option.
The colors on the figure are actually darker in person. The camera's flash made the colors a little lighter. I've actually been having problems with the navy sharpie; the color keeps rubbing off... might have to spray it with a seal or something. <=/
Fun fact: the NEO munny came with a secret accessory... it turned out to be an axe. o__o Well... I guess that's kinda fitting for a semi-emo homicidal android.

No. NEO and his story (titled Perfection NEO) is nothing like Megaman other than the fleeting resemblance in drawn character design. The story was originally supposed to be a fan-made spin-off of Megaman, but the creator realized it had a lot more potential as an original story. He gets pretty ticked when people still equate his stuff with Megaman. I can sort of see why, as the plot is absolutely nothing like Megaman anyways, and he had some bad experiences with rabid Megaman fans regarding NEO a while back ago. I'd rather not get into that in too much detail.

I like all the designs. There are actually more than just the original eight if you search for "Perfection NEO" on deviantART. I have no idea how they would fit into the NEO world... They weren't in the original story, so I'm guessing they were for a second storyline that was never put online. Anywho... on the much girlier side of things, here's an animated Milky Way and the Galaxy Girls fanart I did: The creator, Lauren Faust, is the wife of the creator of The Powerpuff Girls. Galaxy Girls just got off the ground, so it'll be interesting to see what direction the franchise takes.
