Hello. My name is Senor Verde and yes, I am an American (don't hate me, I have my deepest respect towards Europe unlike my arrogant, biased culture). I'm here because these dudes have a really good site depicting some good 80s stuff. Let's face it, 80s anime is the best. It was a time long before purple hair and saucer eyes... Howdy. Vendaval knows me from another board, and I decided this seems like the place for me, an aspiring student of the trashy, the retro, and the weird.

I also like stuff most people regard as classics. I'm 16, joined the anime club at school and realized, "hey these guys are creeps" so I left. It was then that I realized just how much I hated the modern anime style, and decided to look for the stuff I really loved. I've found some great things, like Berserk, Riki-Oh and Golgo-13. I generally prefer reading manga over watching anime, because at least if I read manga on the computer I can browse the web while I do it.

Nevertheless, I tend to prefer to buy things in physical form, which is why I'm glad I'm getting a job, something I'm sure you'll all hear about regularly from me. First it'll be exstacy, but then it'll be bitching and moaning. Sorry guys, in advance.

I'm Canadian, don't know if you got an Canucks around here, but I hold a lot of respect for other cultures, as the stereotype goes, however, unlike most Ontarians, I don't hate Quebecois. Then again, that's my mom's side's blood.

This is highly tangential, I'll try to wrap it up.

Hello, I'm Reiji Oyama, aka Reiji-kun in various circles. Okay, not that many circles. But what you need to know is I'm named after a character in the Power Instinct game series (which I'm a fan of and I run a wiki on Wikia devoted to it as well).

I'm mainly a gamer who tends to keep things to himself unless there's something he feels he wants to say. I was born in the 80s, and having done some of my growing up in that decade and the 90s, I have a certain nostalgic appreciation for them.

My favorite game series are The King of Fighters, Power Instinct, Ys, Shin Megami Tensei, and Kenka Bancho. Individual games I like are Popful Mail, God Hand, and a few others. I'm a big fan of SNK and Apogee games, the Neo Geo, and arcade games from the 80s and 90s.

I also dig Mystery Science Theater 3000 and certain anime stuff like Outlaw Star, Riki-Oh, Toriko, and Fist of the North Star... and some 80s anime.
