Yeah, page 0054 has his name written in that little box below his badass ID picture. But what I would like to know is if he was already involved in the whole project from the beginning. Are these really his own characterisations, or the ones from a possible precursor?

Do you mean, are they his original creations or did he adapt them from say, what Ohata may have drawn? We won't be able to find out just yet.

Damn, this is actually what I really want to know. But looking at the still of Final Yamato I would very charily judge that these characterisations are the works of Ninomiya.

Vendaval Este, can you help me with this one? Who was the character designer in the beginning?From what I know is that Ohata hired somebody else to create first drafts of them like the 4 different versions of Colonel Curtz. But was it really Tsuneo Ninomiya from the beginning? EDIT: Take a look at the guy on the left. Don't you see a bit of Ninomiya's style here, too? By the way this picture belongs to Final Yamato, a movie from 1983. So quite a long time before the production of the M.D. Geist OVA. The guy on the left looks like Geist with even bigger hair.
